William "Bill" T. Copher Jr.

William T. “Bill” Copher Jr., age 94 years, of West Union, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Bill was born December 31, 1931 in Athens, Illinois to the late William T. Copher Sr. & Doris M. (Powell).

Bill attended the Liberty Chapel Church and also the Bentonville Christ & Christian Union Church.

He is survived by his wife June Copher of West Union; daughters Brenda L. Wilkerson of New Carlisle; Cindy S. Gragg of Williamsburg; son W. Michael Copher of Beaver Creek; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and fifteen great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery, with military services by the Adams County Honor Guard. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM till the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Arrangements are being handled by the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.
