Velma J (Ayres) Setty

Velma Setty, 69, of Winchester, OH, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.  She was born July 3, 1951 in Portsmouth, OH, the daughter of the late Basil Ayres Jr and Alice Marie (Griffith) Ayres. She worked in housekeeping for the Hillcrest Nursing Home.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Terry Garrison.

Velma is survived by son, Michael Garrison of Hillsboro, OH; brother, Dennis Ayres of Cherry Fork; sisters, Teresa Douglas of Winchester, Robin Lynn Ayres of West Union; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Cherry Fork Cemetery under the direction of the Meeker Funeral Home. Dan Harrison will be officiating.
