Timothy Phillips

Timothy Phillips, 67, of Russellville, OH, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at the Bethesda North Hospital.  He was born October 20, 1957 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Barney and Jean (Hacker) Phillips. He was a carpenter for Union Local 771.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by son, Michael Phillips and brother, Barney Phillips.

He is survived by sons, Timothy Phillips Jr and Adam Phillips both of Russellville; brother, Jeff Thompson; sisters, Peggy Tracey, Jane Marie Barrett, Judy McIlhenny as well as 5 grandchildren.

Following cremation, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville is handling the arrangements.
