T.J. McClellan

T.J. McClellan, 45, of Winchester, OH, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025 at his residence.  He was born April 1, 1979 in West Union, OH to John McClellan and Linda (Lunsford) Waugh. He worked at Venture Productions, graduated from North Adams High School in 1998, attended the Dunkinsville United Methodist Church and the Winchester United Methodist Church. T.J. embraced his role at the Adams County Board of DD as the board advocate. He loved attending church, being with his family and friends, attending ball games and his passion of working on the Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Program in Boone, NC.

T.J. is survived by his mother, Linda (John) Waugh of West Union; father, John McClellan of Ironton, OH; brother, Andrew Waugh of Cincinnati; sisters, Elizabeth Ann McClellan of West Union, April Lake of Cincinnati; uncle, Larry (Debbie) Hoop of West Union; Aunt, Judy Lunsford of Tollesboro, KY as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.   

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Winchester United Methodist Church under the direction of the Meeker Funeral Home. Rev Larry Hoop, Pastor John Waugh and Pastor Dan Pelzel will be officiating. Burial will follow in the West Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM at the church.
