Sherry Downs-Doss Obituary

Sherry Downs-Doss, age 62 years, of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Monday, December 8, 2025. Sherry was born October 1, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Robert & Linda (Freeman) Downs. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her son Eugene Doss.

Survivors include her mother Linda Downs; two daughters Leah Downs of Mt. Orab, OH; Erica Nesbitt of Hillsboro, OH; three sisters Melissa Downs of Winchester, OH; Juanita Miller of Cincinnati, OH; Alena Mekelburg of Los Angeles, CA; and four grandchildren.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union is serving the family.
