Ruby Carte Obituary

Ruby J. Carte, 91, of Manchester, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Adams County Manor in West Union. She was born October 12, 1929 in Adams County, daughter of the late Jesse and Edith Wilson Howard. She is survived by her loving husband, James C. Carte.

Ruby was a member of the Eastern Star for many years and loved by many.

The family will hold private graveside services, at their convenience, at Manchester Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
