Rosie (Gulley) Palmer

Rosie J. Palmer, 65, of Manchester, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at her residence.  She was born March 13, 1959 in Lexington, KY, daughter of the late Raymond Gulley and Ruby Wagner Merrill.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sons, Danny Palmer and Buddy Dean Palmer; sister, Reathal Larder; brother Randall Gulley as well as several other half brothers and sisters.

Rosie was a member of the Maysville Rotary Club.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Palmer and her sister, Ruby as well as several other extended family and friends.  

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 23, 2024 at Manchester Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
