Roscoe Woollard

Roscoe Woollard, age 79 years of Manchester, Ohio passed away Monday, February 9, 2026. Roscoe was born January 14, 1947 in Maysville, Kentucky to the late William Howard & Stella Grace (Shelton) Woollard. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother William Howard Jr. & sister Nellie Elizabeth Abner & Elmer.

He is survived by his wife Beverly Woollard of Manchester; daughter Tiree Creighton of Manchester; son Marcus Woollard & Joan of Spotsylvania, Virginia; sisters Karen Biddle & Keith of Evansville, IN; Gayle Hinkle & Geoff of Shepherdsville, KY; brother Danny Woollard & Amy of Middletown, OH; three grandchildren Danielle Crabtree, Jacob Woollard & Lucas Woollard & one great grandchild Olivia Blythe.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 1:00 PM, at the West Union Church of Christ & Christian Union, with Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickory Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service. Services are entrusted to the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made on behalf of family to Alzheimer's Associations.
