Robert "Bob" Scott

Robert “Bob” Scott age 65 years of West Union, Ohio; passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023. Bob was born on October 20, 1957 in Adams County, Ohio, to the late Pierce and Elma Ruth (Stephenson) Scott. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Shirley Grooms and brother-in-law Bill Grooms.

Bob is survived his wife Rhonda (Bailey) Scott of West Union, Ohio; three daughters Jennifer Fraley and Andrew of Leesburg, Ohio; Emily Lanaham and Brandon of Indianapolis, IN; Becky Bailey of Greenfield, Ohio; three sons Jim Scott and Hannah of West Union, Ohio; Robbey Scott and Brittany of Leesburg, Ohio; Roman Widdig and Ashley of Manchester, Ohio; nephew Scott Grooms and Karen of West Union, Ohio; nieces Carol Arn of  Maysville, Kentucky, Kathy Kolb and Glen of West Harrison, IN; seven grandchildren Madison, Natalie, Lexi, Lane, Ariston, Jase and Reagan; great-granddaughter Sage; several great nieces and nephews and his best friend his dog Cooper.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home, with John Greenlee officiating.  Burial will follow in the Kirker Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
