Rebecca Ann Smith, 37, of Union Township, Clermont County, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Anderson Mercy Hospital. She was born November 23, 1985 in Akron, OH, daughter of Ronald and Deborah (Alexander) Tenney. She was obsessed with care bears. She was preceded in death by daughter, Rebecca Elizabeth Clark.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Matthew Smith of Union Township; sons, Malachi and Charlie Clark; daughter, Kara Clark and several aunts and uncles.

Rebecca will be cremated. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
