Randall (Randy Porky) Grooms, age 66 years of West Union, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026. He was born February 5, 1960 in West Union, Ohio to the late William Ray & Blanche (Young) Grooms. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded by a brother Danny Grooms.

Randy was a truck driver for 42 years. He enjoyed dirt track racing, tractor pulls and farming.

He is survived by his son AJ Grooms & Tiffany of West Union; brother Brian Grooms & Teresa of West Union; sister-in-law Sharon Grooms of West Union; step grandchildren Trinity & Bella Pribble, Josie Jones; nieces Emily Newman & Ben, Alyssa Grooms; Aunts Janice Grooms, Mary Helen Young & Betty Young.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union is serving the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family of Randy Grooms.
