Phyllis J (Hall) Wibert

Phyllis J. Wibert, 76, of Georgetown, OH, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman.  She was born September 25, 1948 to the late Susie Hall Stamper and Ted Bill Hall. She was also preceded in death by sister, Edna Nelson. She was a member of the Grace Bible Baptist Church. No more hurt, a cure was not meant to be. Jesus, here I come at last. What a wonderful day it will be, Heaven Bound!

Phyllis is survived by two brothers, John B. Hall of Georgetown and Willis Hall of Lindside, WV as well as many nieces, nephews and very special Christian friend Kenny Hughes of Russellville.   

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be private in the Linwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley.
