Nellie Marie Kennedy

Nellie Marie Kennedy, age 90 years of West Union, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Nellie was born August 29, 1933 in Lewis County Kentucky to the late John Lewis & Nella (Boling) Sanders. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Bruce Kennedy; 2 sons John Daniel Kennedy & James Roy Kennedy; and her 7 siblings.

Survivors include her 4 daughters Nancy Kennedy; Martha Kennedy-Coles & John of Milford, OH; Beatrice Kennedy-Chamblin & Albert of West Union, OH; Mollie Jordan & James of West Union, OH; son Essie Ray Kennedy & Kathy of New Richmond; 21 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren; and her dearest friend of many years Mrs. Rosemary Chambers.

Following cremation burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union is serving the family.
