Mike Clausen

Mike Clausen age 64 years passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the Christ Hospital surrounded by his loving family.  Mike was born on October 17, 1957 the son of the late Stanley and Lorna (Simpson) Clausen in Reno, Nevada.

Mike worked in Information Systems and also was an avid hunter who loved being outdoors spending many years hunting elk, mule deer, and white tail deer.

Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years Nancy (Sininger) Clausen of West Union, Ohio; three daughters Lisa Berry and Jamie of Lake Waynoka, Ohio; Lori Magouyrk and Todd of Williamsburg, Ohio; Emily Bailey and Nick of Batavia, Ohio; two sisters Denise Cerri and Ron of Orovada, Nevada; Terri Nielsen and Mark of Incline Village, Nevada; and eight grandchildren Elizabeth (Berry) Bourn and Logan, Andrew Berry, Molly Magouyrk, Neely Magouyrk Henry Magouyrk, Anna Bailey, Ellie Bailey, and Lincoln Bailey.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Noon at the Bible Baptist Church in Hillsboro, Ohio, under the direction of the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home, with Dan Lamb officiating.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to Noon the day of the service.  Private family burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
