Miguel Allen Quezada

Miguel Allen Quezada, 17, of Manchester, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024 in Manchester.  He was born August 2, 2006 in Portsmouth, son of Alejandro Quezada of Portsmouth and Jessica Holsinger (Shawn) Markwell of Manchester.  He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Celestino Quezada and Freddie Holsinger; uncles, Josh Horner, Jimmy Shoemaker and Giovanni Quezada.

Miguel was a Junior at Manchester High School and the Ohio Valley Career Technical Center.  He loved all kinds of music; if it had a beat, he was jamming to it.  He also loved helping his mom with yard work.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Hayden and Eric Quezada, Mayah, Alex, Lucas, Anna, Josh and Kaelyn Markwell; grandmothers, Pam Holsinger, Emily Ramirez and Rosalina Matla; aunts and uncles, Sarah (John Roberts) Bowling, Carrie (David Bender) Womacks and Lakota Thacker; his girlfriend, Keira Tolle as well as several cousins, other family members and friends.  

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 4:00 PM, until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM, Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the Manchester High School Cafeteria, 130 Wayne Frye Dr., Manchester.  Pastor Tommy Tapley will officiate. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at McKendree Cemetery, Nile Township.  Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
