Michael Gordon Hodge

Michael Gordon Hodge of Maysville, KY, formerly of Manchester, OH, departed this life September 17, 2022, from Hospice of Cincinnati – East in Anderson, at the age of 56 years, 9 months, and 27 days.

Michael was born in Adams County, Ohio on November 21, 1965 to the late Gordon Lonzo Hodge and Betty Ann Saunders Fisher Hodge.

Besides his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a sister, Rita Fisher Shelton.

Michael was a graduate from Manchester High School.  He held various jobs and personal business ventures throughout his life.  He attended the House of Prayer and the New Jerusalem Church in Maysville, KY.  Michael especially enjoyed spending time with family and his pride and joy was his granddaughter, Arianna.

Left to mourn his passing are his daughter, Ashley Hodge (Damien Williams); granddaughter, Arianna Maina; fiancé, Michelle Muse all of Maysville; 5 sisters, Alice (Richard) Baird, Sandy (Randy) Hayslip and Tammy (Wayne) Fite all of West Union, Jamey (Ronald) Carlson of Georgetown, and Tina (Jason) Paul of Manchester; 5 brothers, Jim Fisher of Aiken, SC, Frank (Cathy) Fisher and Ray (Tammy) Fisher all of Manchester, Tony Fisher of Lexington, SC and Joe Fisher of Clarksivlle, TN as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and close friends.

Michael will be cremated.  Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering from 11:00 AM, until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the Bentonville Community Church.  Pastor Gregory Jones will officiate.  Inurnment will be held at a later date at Manchester Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
