Joe A. Becknell

Joe A. Becknell, 66, of Winchester, OH, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center.  He was born June 6, 1958 in Cincinnati, OH to Leah C. (Straub) Becknell and the late Vernon Becknell. He retired as a dispatcher for Sardinia Ready Mix. 

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by sister, Verna Becknell and brother, Mark Becknell.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol Becknell of Winchester; son, Jeremiah (Holly) Becknell of Winchester; mother, Leah Becknell of Hillsboro; brothers, Glenn (Evelyn) Becknell of Winchester, Danny Becknell of Hillsboro; sister, Teresa Hyden of Hillsboro; 4 grandchildren, Joseph of Dayton, Joshua (Bella) of Winchester, Cooper of Fayetteville, Jenna of Winchester; great grandson, Kashton as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Following cremation, the family will have a private service at a later date.
