JoAnn Hall

JoAnn Hall, age 86 years of West Union, OH passed away Monday, October 4, 2021.  JoAnn was born May 13, 1935 in Blue Creek Ohio to the late Wilbur & Mabel (Covert) Newman.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Bill Wayne, grandson Jason Hall, and brothers Edwin, Donald and Carroll Newman.

JoAnn was a member of the Shawnee Community Church, West Union Helping Hands Ladies Group, West Union Senior Citizens Club and The Gideons International Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Leslie Hall of West Union; son Craig Hall & Amy of West Union; sister in laws Donna Newman of Cincinnati & Judy Newman of West Union; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews & many friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Noon at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union, with Charles Caplinger officiating.  Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. till Noon the day of the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Gideons International.
