Jessie Lucille Sheeley

Jessie Lucille Sheeley, age 97 years of Winchester, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Hospice of Hope in Seaman Ohio. Jessie was born September 7, 1926 in Lewis County, Kentucky to the late Ortie Vernon & Mernia Victoria McCann. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband John William “Bill” Sheeley; son Warren Russell Sheeley; daughter Johnie Sue Sheeley.

Survivors include daughters Sandra Hazelbaker of Martinsville, OH; Sherry Howard of West Union, OH; Donna Edmisten & Henry of Leesburg, OH; sons Michael Sheeley & Sharon of Winchester, OH; Patrick Sheeley of Peebles, OH; brother Delbert McCann of Martinsville, OH; several grandchildren; several great & great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 14, 2024 at 12:30 at the West Union Cemetery, with Dave Hopkins officiating. Visitation will be held same day, from 10:00 am to Noon at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union.
