James (Jim) Shiveley

James (Jim) Shiveley age 63 years of Lynx, OH passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019.  Mr. Shiveley was born in Wet Union, Ohio on November 26, 1955 the son of the late Virgil & Phyllis (Piatt) Shiveley.  Besides his parents he is preceded by sisters Kathryn Evans, Virginia Fiege, Barabara Fite, Thelma Tully and his grandson Johnathon Shiveley.

Survivors include his wife Sherri Shiveley of Lynx, OH; daughter Jamie Shiveley of Pine Knot, KY; son Craig Shiveley of Lynx, OH; four sisters Dorothy Tully of Tollesboro, KY; Sandy Tully of Lynx, OH; Tammy Stevens of Aberdeen, OH; Reginia Boling of Blue Creek, OH; two brothers Sam Shiveley of Lynx, OH; John Shiveley of Ripley, OH; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 21, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Copas Cemetery.  Visitation will be held the day of the service from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. 

Memorials can be made to the Adams County Humane Society or the Hospice of Hope.
