James Carte Obituary

James C. Carte, 89, of Manchester, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Adams County Manor in West Union. He was born October 23, 1931 in Beckley, West Virginia, son of the late Hampton and Carmen Carte. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruby Howard Carte, who passed away in May.

The family will hold a private graveside service at Manchester Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
