Hazel Sparrow Obituary

Hazel Sparrow, age 58 years of West Union, Ohio passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026. Hazel was born January 25, 1968 in Highland, Ohio to the late Carlos Junior & Shirley Rae (Perkins) Freeze.

Survivors include her husband Charles Sparrow of West Union; daughter Charlene Sparrow of West Union; son Justin Sparrow & Cassie of West Union; sister Cheryl Thorne of Harlan County, KY; grandchildren Kaden Sparrow, Loralei Needham, Kaiser Needham, Dallas Sparrow & Maya Sparrow.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union is serving the family.
