Harold Dean Cook II

Harold “Dean” Cook II, age 59 of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 at UC Hospital. He was born June 21, 1960 in Dayton, OH the son of Lena (Goff) Cook and the late Harold Cook.

Dean is survived by his loving wife Keresna Cook, 4 sons, Zach Cook (Valerie) of Norfolk, VA, Tony Cook of Parma, OH, Trenton Cook and Josh Cook both of Dayton, OH, 1 daughter, Chelsea Cook (Josh) of Georgetown, OH, 2 brothers, Scott Cook of OR and Brandon Cook of MD, father in law Eddie Mingua and the late Faryl Mingua, sisters and brothers in law, Tammy and Kevin Hardyman, Misty and Kevin Waits, Eddie Mingua Jr and Todd Bufford, several nieces and nephews, and special friend Kenny Pickett.

Memorial services will be held Monday, August 26, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM prior to the service. There will be a military service at 7:00 PM by the Walter Miller American Legion Post #394 at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the services.
