Edna F. (Spires) Blythe

Edna F. Blythe, 74, of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Hospice of Hope Inpatient Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, KY.  She was born February 8, 1949 in West Union, daughter of the late Arnold Spires and Roberta Kerr Flood. 

Edna is survived by her children, James Scott and Roberta Cattell; grandson, Martin E. Cattell; granddaughter, Annarae Renee Scott; great-grandson, Trentin Scott; siblings, Wesley Spires, Emma (Ed) Reinhart, David Spires, Cheryl Vance, Valorie Harris, Kevin (Katrina) Spires, Jeff (Kim) Spires, Tye (Lynn) Spires as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.  

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:00 AM, until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, Friday, October 20, 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 35 W. Second St., Manchester.  Chet Whaley will officiate.  Burial will follow at Puntenny Run Cemetery in Green Township.
