Don Carter

Don “Donnie” Carter, 80, of Manchester, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at his residence.  He was born September 24, 1940 in Sprigg Township, son of the late Charles and Dorothy Davis Carter.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Johnny Vance and Ethel Hughes Carter.

Surviving family members will be provided soon.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 11:00 AM, until the time of the funeral service at 12 noon, Friday, July 9, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home, 35 W. 2nd St., Manchester.  Pastor Dale Little will officiate.  Burial will follow at Manchester Cemetery.
