Delores J Barr

Delores J. Barr, age 81 years of West Union, Ohio passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024. Delores was born March 21, 1942 in Manchester, Ohio to the late Ray & Eileen (Pence) Roush. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Dean Barr; brother Charles Roush; sisters Nancy Burdine, Sandra Rayborn & Sharon Kay Bradford.

Delores was co-owner of Barr’s Shell.

Survivors include daughter Darla McFarland & David of Manchester; three sons Dion Barr of West Union; Danny Barr of West Union; Dana Barr of Manchester; two sisters Elaine Collins & Dean of Manchester; Louise Crawford & Thomas of Knightstown, IN; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will follow in the West Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held the day of the service from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Services are entrusted to Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union.
