Debra K (Verax) Setty

Debra K. Setty (Verax) of Stout, Ohio born 2/21/1958, passed away on 12/4/2023.

Debra was the daughter of the late MaeBelle Pollard (Polley) and the late William Verax, both of Stout.

Debra was also preceded in death by her beloved children, son Christopher Don Cox and daughter Rachel Nacole Cox (Silvia/Brickey), brothers Johnny and William (Dean) Verax, sisters Christine Spires and Rosemary Verax.

Debra leaves behind a special niece and lifelong friend Rhonda Riggs of Mt Orab. 1 sister Sandra Verax, 1 brother Steve Verax, both of Stout. 2 daughters Candice (Junior) Brooks and Michalea Setty, all of West Union. 2 granddaughters Kelsea (Jeff) Swords of Portsmouth and Karemiah Brooks of Wilmington. 2 grandsons Bryce Brickey of Portsmouth and Gage Williams of West Union. 1 great grandson, Greylen Swords. Due to arrive in early 2024.

Debra also leaves behind a long list of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Also, one special friend, Sarah Smith of Portsmouth.

A special thanks goes to Adams County Manor for the care of our family member. There will be no services at this time per the request of Debra. Her family leaves her cremation and last wishes in the care of Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home of West Union.
