Debra D. (Elliott) Pendell

Debra D. Pendell, age 61 years of Winchester, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024 at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati.  She was born November 4, 1962 in Georgetown, daughter of the late Ronald and Nellie Foster Elliott.  Debra was a Nurse at the former Brown County General Hospital.

She is survived by her fiancé, Matt Ray of Cleves, Ohio; son, Jeremy (Corrie) Ray of Hamilton, Ohio; 3 grandchildren and several cousins.  

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Cherry Fork Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville.
