Connie Phipps

Connie Phipps age 69 years, of West Union, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Connie was born December 8, 1956 in West Union, Ohio to the late Carroll & Ada (Gaffin) Phipps.

She is survived by her brother Bill Phipps of Augusta, KY; nephew Matthew Phipps of Columbus; aunt Betty Gaffin of West Union; and several friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Noon, at the West Union Church of Christ with Ron Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirker Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am till the time of the service at Noon. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union is serving the family.
