Clarence E. Hayslip Jr., age 69 years, of Manchester, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026. Clarence was born September 7, 1956 in Adams County, Ohio to the late Clarence Edgar & Nellie Blanche (Ames) Hayslip. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers Chuck & Ivan Hayslip; brother in laws Henry Hilty & Jim Eye.

He leaves behind, daughter Candace Marie Wilson & Robert Thiel of Manchester; sons Randall Lee Hayslip & Lisa of IN; Robert Carl Hayslip of Russellville; sisters Dixie Dearth & Gary of Peebles; Marlene Hilty of PA; Juanita Sue Eye of Cherry Fork; brothers Mike Hayslip & Teresa of Williamsburg; Ronnie Hayslip & Vanneta of Seaman; Rodger Hayslip & Donna of West Union; sister in law Vickie Hayslip of West Union; 7 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home is West Union, with Clarence Abbott officiating. Burial will follow in the Freeland Hollow Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 am till the time of the service. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.
