Carol (Boone) Elliott

Carol Elliott, 83, of Russellville, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on January 8, 1943 in Brown County, OH to the late Ralph E. and Gertrude (Newberry) Boone. She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Carol was also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Buddy Elliott and 2 sisters, Norma Reynolds and Mary Eary.

Carol is survived by daughter, Darla (Charles) Jones of Winchester; son, Shane (Annette) Elliott of Lake Waynoka; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Terry (Lorna) Boone of MN, Ralph Jr (Ramona) Boone of FL, Harold Boone of Georgetown as well as many friends, neighbors, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville. Bonnie Bohn will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at 3:00 PM. She will be cremated following the services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Queen City Hospice.
