Bonnie J. (Kirschner) Shiveley

Bonnie J. Shiveley, 87, of Lynn Haven, FL, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025 in Panama City, FL.  She was born October 27, 1937 in Adams County, daughter of the late Carl Kirschner and Nellie K. Laurie Rohrback.  She was the widow of the late Wayne Shiveley, who passed away in 2019.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Betty Kirschner.

Bonnie faithfully served as the church secretary for Dayton Avenue Baptist Church. She was also a gifted writer, contributing articles to the Manchester Signal and other publications. Her dedication to her church and her love of writing reflected the many ways she shared her talents with others.

She is survived by her brother, Kenton Kirschner; sister, Lois (Ray) Kidd; nieces and nephew, Catherine (Nick) Wilson, Elaine Williams, Beverly Tadlock and Larry Tadlock as well as a great-niece, India Williams.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 15, 2025 at Manchester Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home in Manchester.
