Bonnie Jean (Little) Grooms, formerly of Manchester, Ohio, passed away on March 22, 2026 from a long battle with her health.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents Raymond "Jake" Little and Lela (McKee) Little of Manchester, Ohio, her brother Jim Little and sister Louise (Little) Ousler.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of nearly 67 years Don Grooms, her son Ed (Julie) Grooms of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, her daughter Lori (Andy) Swartz of Dayton, Ohio, sister Barbara (Little) Morrison of Manchester, Ohio, her grandchildren Lindsay Rae Grooms, Michael Grooms, Alex (Alley) Grooms, and great-grandchildren Isaak Grooms and Sydney Grooms, and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Bonnie retired from Wright State University to enjoy traveling, gardening, sewing, music, spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved cat Prince Harry.

Bonnie's love and devotion to her family, her wonderful sense of humor, and generosity will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 1:00 PM, until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Wilson Funeral Home, 35 W. Second St., Manchester.  Pastor Dale Little will officiate.  Burial will follow at Manchester Cemetery.

An upcoming Celebration of Life will be held in Dayton on a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to your local food pantry, animal shelter, or your local Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program.
