Billy Parks, age 66 years of Blue Creek, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025. Billy was born February 14, 1958 in Adams County, Ohio to Shelby (Moore) & the late Claude Parks.

In addition to his mother, he leaves behind his wife  Sherry Parks of Blue Creek; son Billy Dewayne Parks of West Union; Sisters Shirley Pollard of West Union; Gusta Parks of OH; Karen Little of Peebles; brothers Sammy Parks of Marysville; John Parks of West Union; Jack Parks of West Union; Stevie Parks of Columbus; Mikey Parks of Columbus; grandchildren Dylan Parks of Georgetown; Skylar Parks of FL; Kyleigh Parks of Aberdeen; great grandchild Ayden Kennedy; several nieces & nephews; Best friends Jimmy Hayslip of Lynx; Dee & David Lynch of Blue Creek.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union from 10:00 AM to Noon. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM in the Moores Chapel Cemetery with Ralph Hayslip officiating. Services are entrusted to the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.
