Beverly Sue May

Beverly Sue May, age 74 years of Blue Creek, Ohio passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at the SOMC Hospice Inpatient Center in Portsmouth. Beverly was born March 9, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio to the late James & Betty (Dixon) Grow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David May in 2006, and son Tony May.

She loved gardening and her flowers, and riding on the side by side.

Survivors include her son David (Marla) May; daughter Hollie (Tyler) McCoy; daughter-in-law Amy May; two brothers Richard Grow & Scott Grow; sister Anna; grandchildren Kaylee Fields (Logan); Krista May Ervin (James); Heidi Hunter; Katie Hunter; Grant Hunter; Cole May; Colin May & Jaxen McCoy; great grandchildren Graham Fields & Aira Tomlin.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Moores Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held the day of the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
