Betty Joyce (Rolph) Jodrey

Betty Joyce Jodrey, 86, of West Union, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati.  She was born February 15, 1935 in Kentucky, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Rolph.  She is survived by her husband, Charles Melvin Williams.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Emerson Jodrey; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Betty loved to sing and play the piano.  She attended several churches throughout the years that she always stayed heavily involved with.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Beverly Benner of West Chester and Teresa Jodrey of West Union; granddaughters, Tracy Gotherman and Heather (Todd) Doughty; great-grandson, Jack Doughty as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private visitation.  A public graveside service will be held at 12:15 PM, Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at West Union Cemetery. Rev. Billy Newton will officiate.  Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union has been entrusted with the services.
