Shirley Jane Abbott

Shirley Jane Abbott age 77 years of Seaman, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019.  Shirley was born August 21, 1941 the daughter of the late Robert Clifford and Sophie Belle (Gilbert) McCane in Adams County, Ohio.  Besides her parents she was preceded by her husband Lester Abbott.

Survivors include two daughters Brenda Abbott of Seaman, OH; Sandra Geeslin & Ted of Georgetown, OH; two sons Eugene Abbott & Becky Browning of Peebles, OH; Bob Abbott & Melissa of Mt. Sterling, OH; one sister Gracie Johnson of Highland, OH; one brother Richard McCane of Peebles, OH; five grandchildren Ashley Caskey & Corey; Tyler Geeslin & Adrian; Amber Geeslin; Allison Burton and Ricky Shelton; one great grandchild Carter Geeslin.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home with Clarence Abbott officiating.  Burial will follow in the Jacktown Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. till the time of the services.
