Patricia Spires

Patricia Spires age 55 years of Stout, Ohio died Sunday, October 14, 2018 at the Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  Patricia was born on April 28, 1963 the daughter of the late Carlos and Shirley Rae (Perkins) Freeze in West Union, Ohio.

Survivors include loving husband David Spires of Stout, Ohio; two daughters Terri Palmer of Bentonville, Ohio; Evelyn Richmond of Stout, Ohio; three sisters Vicky Hensley and Cheryl Thorne both of Harlan, Kentucky; Hazel Sparrow of Peebles, Ohio; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home with Ralph Hayslip officiating with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home the day of the service.
