Myrtle M (Massie) West

Myrtle M West, age 73 of Russellville, Ohio, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the U.C. Medical Center. She was born January 2, 1946 in Georgetown, OH the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Lucas) Massie. She was a nurses aid at the Villa Georgetown Nursing Home and a member of the Russellville United Methodist Church.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by son Steven Murray and brother Sonny Massie.

Myrtle is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Ronnie B West of Russellville, 1 son, Ronnie Murray of FL, 2 daughters, Mary Anderson and husband Charles of Cincinnati and Tonda Law and husband Doug of Amelia, 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 nieces, Terry and Gwennie.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Russellville United Methodist Church under the direction of the Meeker Funeral Home. Melissa Purdy will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Linwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
