John Mullenix Obituary

John R. Mullenix age 80 years of West Union, Ohio passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital. John was born May 30, 1939 to the late Henry Estel & Geneave (Foulke) Mullenix in Highland County, Ohio. Besides his parents he is proceeded by his wife Patty and a daughter Brandi Nicole Mullenix.

Survivors include special friend Helen Bayless of West Union, OH; two daughters Kim; Renea Mullenix of West Union, OH; five sons Jeffery L. Mullenix of Seaman, OH; Matthew Samuel Mullenix of Hillsboro, OH; James Conrad Mullenix of Springboro, OH; Shane Mullenix of West Union, OH; Darin Tomlin of West Union, OH; two sisters Barbara of Hillsboro, OH; Linda Phillips of Hillsboro, OH; two brothers Harry E. Mullenix of Hillsboro, OH; Henry E. Mullenix of Hillsboro, OH; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Following cremation a private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
