Cynthia “Cindy” Hall, age 52 of Manchester, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville, KY. She was born December 24, 1966 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late William and Jean Fonner. She was a homemaker.
Cindy is survived by her fiancé Tim Collins of Manchester, 2 daughters, Rosanna Brown and husband Danny of Manchester, Heather Grooms of Aberdeen, 4 brothers, Joe Ashley of TN, Billy Ashley and wife Jackie of Lakewood, OH, Johnny Stancil and wife Nora of West Union, Kenny Ferguson and wife Bernice of West Union, 2 sisters, Donna Kemmeter and husband Michael of Ripley, Carol Ferguson and Ray Morehead of Cleveland, OH, 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville. Cremation will follow.
