Charles Matheny Obituary

Charles Elbert Matheny passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Morris Nursing Home in Bethel, Ohio. Mr. Matheny was born on September 25, 1931 the son of the late Lester and Marcella (Sharp) Matheny in West Union, Ohio. Besides his parents Mr. Matheny was preceded in death by two sisters Vera Eileen McCarty and Clarine Spriggs.

Charles is survived by one sister Eloise Kautz of Cincinnati, Ohio; and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the West Union Cemetery, with Clarence Abbott officiating, under the direction of the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.
